You can help to reduce your risk of a stroke by making some healthy lifestyle choices such as
1. Avoid alcohol
2. Stop smoking
3. Maintain a healthy weight
4. Eat healthily
5. Be as active as you can
6. Go for your regular check-ups
7. Take your prescribed medications on time
